I would give Van Bortel 10 stars! I just brought my new Impreza Ltd home to Syracuse...a short drive that is well worth it in every way. We always feel welcome and at home, receive superb, no-nonsense, no pressure deals both on the trade and the purchase. I just bought my very first car from Van Bortel, and I was amazed at how much they went above and beyond with their customer service. None of the sales people are pushy; it's not your typical dealership. You don't feel like you're been swindled; you feel like you're being helped. They found me the exact car that I was looking for (with each specific amenity I hoped for,) at a price that no other dealer could ever match... and they did all of it with a smile. I wouldn't ever get a Subaru from anyone else.
