Bought a 2014 crosstrek and the brakes needed to be replaced at 25,0000 mls, unreal!!! Never ever had a car that need brakes so soon. The wear on them is funny and dealership said it is rust and need to be cleaned out. IT'S METAL ON METAL! Don't know how you can sleep at night. NOT HAPPY WITH MY SUBARU

These folks are amazing - I cancelled a service appointment when my husband was rushed to the hospital after a fall - & they sent him cookies while he was in rehab! I should have been buying cars from Van Bortel all along - wish I'd known...
Bought a 2014 forester XT here almost two weeks ago. Like the car, very disappointed with the dealership. Take your Subaru business to Spurr in Brockport, a far better experience and customer service that far exceeds what we had here

My husband and I bought our first Suburu here. We made the 2 hr drive and weren't at all disappointed! I've reviewed on Yelp already, so won't repeat myself. But we couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. So much so, that we probably will never shop anywhere else! You can tell it's female run (it's all in the details!) and we loved Joelle, our Sales Rep. She even came in on her day off to help us! You can't go wrong going here. We are so happy with our purchase and experience.
