Bought our new Cross Trek home yesterday, and drove from Oswego to buy it, yes, this dealership is that great! The people are cool, the atmosphere is laid back, and the inventory is off the wall. When you get a hug goodbye from your salesman and your finance person, you know you are in a business that just gets it. Customer service is paramount, and you guys nail it. Now, if we could just have enough money to buy another one! Thank you for the best buying experience EVER!

I love the service dept. I have had times where something happens and I need service and they always take me no matter what and always with a smile. 2 weeks ago I hit an object on 490 and flatten my tire, after the spare was on I called and they said to drop it off and. They were going to look at it that was at noon. At 5:15 they called and said my car was ready . They were super busy and I expected to sit until closing . I have owned many cars and the service department keeps me coming back ( oh and for you too Karl!!!)
