I was in for service yesterday. I was cranky and rushed for reasons having nothing to do with Van Bortel. The service department was kind, helpful, and took excellent care of me and my car. They even went out of their way to save me money on a repair to some minor damage that I had caused myself. They also saved me time on a warranty repair even though I had messed up my part of the process. Above and beyond always! Van Bortel is the best!
