How does the website not show you late fees or if your payment is late .The management at this place is horrible they're not trying to help you figure out anything with your issue.Your on hold for hours only to get nothing resolved.They will tell you lie after lie.How you miss a payment but us auto sale website doesn't tell you anything its just takes another payment but they tell you that your car about to be repossessed.. I bought a car from here and in 16 days it started shutting off while on highway with my 2 month son in his car seat. I also made claims about this car within the 30 days and wasn't offered a lender or even accommodated for all the problems. The car had bad oil when I bought it. Also had many codes on it within the first 16 days. This is the worst car place I have ever experienced and I recommend if you have a problem with your car buying from him. You should seek legal measures against this company.

If I can give it -5 stars I would this is the most unprofessional company in the world I ride the bus for I even think about how bad I need a car from here I been paying for 3 year in it look like I only had the car for 3mos please by all means don't get a car here JUST DONT

I was on the phone trying to figure out was is going on with my title it was supposedly sent to me or the state on 4/1/2021, which i still haven't received. So this is like my 4th call and they pick up and get my last 4 put the phone on desk wait for about 5 mins, I can hear the customer reps in background talking and picks the phone back up to tell me they have no record of my vehical and asked where i bought and p aid it off at. Us auto sales cares about no one I purchased a 2015 Ford escape eckboost from them in feb I tst drove it down a road that was only 35mph so I didn't notice the slip it had till I load the down payment and left the lot hit the interstate got up to 55 then noticed a very bad skip in it I called and filed a claim took the car to my mechanic he told me it was a 3 cylinder misfire he went to fix it and realized the motor was damaged beyond repair try to get the warrenty dept to honor their warranty and they acted like they didn't... read more

Rude, poor customer service and inconsistent! I have been with this low down company for a l it take over a year and have been getting the run around. As soon as my jeep is totaled they promise to help and have been calling me cursing and disrespecting me after all I have been through on top of being patient. I got a car from us auto sales on June 18th 2 weeks later is when is all started to go down hill. First the check engine light came on. I took it to autozone for a general diagnosis which said there was a leak somewhere (go figure, something that's not covered Under warranty) about a week after that the passenger side window came off track when I went to put it back on u could see where this has been a problem and it was put back together with tape. This is the worst experience with a vehicle in my life. I purchased a vehicle in November 2020. February 14, 2021, while I was in another state on a trip, the transmission in the vehicle goes out. US auto sales were not compassionate, apologetic, and/or accommodating in this situation. After going through 3rd party warranty and paying over $1500 for repairs, not including rental for a month, on July 2, 2021 the axle of the vehicle brakes. Wish I could give zero stars.... This company is the worst decision I have ever made in my life. The refuse to work with customer with extensions. Day 5 and car is disabled when signing contract you are advised if you need more time to just call. They charge way more than what the care is worth. Dealerships have no direct numbers. Been calling since 8am and only 1 manger available who refuses to let me speak with her manger.
