This is by far the WORST company ever. For the last three months I tried to make a payment online (as always) and was not successful. After several days pass and actually able to speak with someone each tim(last three months). I was told I am in the old system and everyone cannot take payments and I can no longer make payments online. I have to call in. After multiple transfers and waiting on Hold greater than 30 minutes. I purchased a car with US Auto Sales back in july of 2018, and was given a LEMON. The car had the service engine light come on not even a month of having it. Of course; I take it to the shop mutiple times under warranty. It had a blown head gasket, bad water pump, bad thermostats, and leaky valve cover gasket. The list goes on. This is by far the worst company that I have ever dealt with. 1st off , don't request a deferment for a payment when your co-signer suddenly passes away, they don't care . They will want all the information regarding the death as if you were lying and when you send them all that information ,even though it's against your better judgement, they still won't process it .. Today, 03/25/2020 I've made a call to USAuto Sales, my finance company pleading for assistance for them to reactivate my vehicle as they have disabled it after being 9 days past due. During this current crisis in the world you would think a creditor would be lenient and flexible with all of their customers. This company border lines criminal . My job has shut down due to the corona virus and they refuse to do a deferment on my loan for a few weeks though I have paid on time for a year . I might mention as well that when I bought the car they said they had fully serviced it . Not true . The car needed thousands in repairs .

I left a Google review for your Marietta location in regards to referral checks 3 weeks ago. The original vehicle was purchased by Emmanuel ******** and Yolanda ****** in December. She looked online at inventory and one of your online assistants put their name down as the referral. The salesman was aware that they had been sent by me because I had provided him with their information. I came into the location and filled out my paperwork. this is the worst company to go through for a vehicle they have been unprofessional since day 1 I purchased a care 02/24/2020 and long story short it has been a mess my check engine cuts on 1 week later and these people disabled my car for no known reason after my payment was made before the due date causing me to be late for work because of an error on there end I want out of the contract I want nothing to do with this company

I tried to get a car from this place and Renee was supposed to be working with me and caused me to cancel twice with Drivetime because she was supposed to help me. Never heard back from her or the manager. There were two cars on there that said available and was priced wrong. At first they took the car down and then a week later the Nissan Rouge was back on there at the incorrect price. I ended up going to Stokes Kia to purchase a vehicle. They are the worse.
