I had issues with us auto sales on so many occasions. The us auto sales on East independence is by far the worse. They claim they pay you for referrals. I sent them a customer in February. The referral was 200, it's august! And I still haven't received . I went to the dealership 3 weeks ago. And the new General manager Eddie *****. Said and I quote ( I'm gonna stop paying out these referrals, but assures me that I will receive a check! Wrong, that was 3 weeks ago🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽

I have never had an issue with this company maybe because I have NEVER EVER missed a payment. My issue I have now is my car was paid off 2 weeks ago , I was told I would receive my title in 7 days. I have not received my title and now I am getting the run around. I called and they also said the address they have on file is still my old address. I wonder how old correspondence from US Auto Sales came to present address. I updated my address 3 years ago. I don't want no funny business. I need my title and I need it sent to the... read more

This is a warning to anyone thinking about getting vehicle from this company....STAY FAR, FAR, AWAY. So my story is a simple one. I went in to purchase a 2015 dodge grand caravan sxt. The car itself in located at the lot in Georgia. I was told it would take 2-3 days to bring vehicle up to test drive and take home. So i was asked to leave a deposit on the car . I was late on a payment. I made the payment and they STILL turned my car off. I went the holiday weekend without a vehicle and I missed out on 16 hours of work. This car company is BEYOND garbage!!! Don't waste your money with them.

This by far has been the WORST experience ever. The customer service is poor and no one is ever on one accord. My car was turned off for 2 days, after my payment was made!! I was given the wrong account numbers when I've had to use payment centers to make my payments... I was also told the wrong payment amounts by the csrs. After the this last ordeal I spoke with a supervisor by the name of Sabrina. She was very rude, gave me false information, and even called me from a different (cell phone) number so that whatever she told... read more

This company is the worst car company I have ever been through. I financed a 2011 Toyota Camry that has a Kelley Blue Book value of $5,000 but I purchased it from this dealership for $15,000. $10k more than what the value of the car is. They set me up on bi-weekly payments and they will NOT allow you to extend a payment without paying 75% of the payment. And even then they only allow you to extend the payment for 10 days. God forbids you get paid bi-weekly or don't even have the 75% to even get an extension. They will shut y... read more

My husband and i purchased our car a 2014 Kia Sorento on January 3rd, 2020. From the very beginning it was a nightmare including the salesman losing our keys after taking the car for gas and swearing he'd given the keys to us. He hadn't and they were finally found by the manager on top of the vehicle. US Auto Sales has been a nightmare from the beginning. I was oversold a car by 10,000 which I now see is a common thing for this company I was advised the car is being sold to me Blue Book price when researched it is overpriced an additional 10,000 dollars. When trying to reach out to the salesperson he was Eddie I was advised he was moved to the location on Independence in Charlotte. My 30 day tags were then expired for almost a month! I only gave 1 star because I didn't have the option to give them zero. I bought a 2014 Chevrolet Cruz from the U.S. Auto Sales off of University Hwy in Lawrenceville, Ga on 09-11-2019. It was the worst decision that I have ever made! I have had this car for 9 months and have had to repair the thermostat housing, pcv relocator, valve cover gasket, valve cover, coolant hose and our of all of those things, DOWC (warranty company) only covered the thermostat housing which after I paid my $100 deductible, they really only paid ar... read more
