Back in December I stared this new job I let them know that the first week I worked it was only 2 days being I was hired through a temp agency. I worked my 2 days and was about to work a full week the next week but I got sick and wasnt able to work my week while I was working one night they shut it off next morning I would have been stranded at work if I didnt know the 24 hour code to use. This is the worst place everYou wait on the phone for 20 min then phone disconnects. I have been waiting on a copy of my title and a letter of guarantee for a totaled vehicle to be sent to my insurance company for over a month. I hate this company. In the meantime my payoff increases

This company does NOT care about you , They are thirsty for money if i could leave 0 starts i would , they have put me through a mental depression and they will hassle you even when you told them that you cant make the payment , I pay my payments on time every two weeks and the one week i just simply couldnt the harassed me so bad i had to borrow money they bullied me and let me sob crying while i begged them to help me if i were you i would go elses where because you WILL regret it !

They are the worst company to buy your car from. They will not allow you extend your payment by 0 days even if you have made ontime payments for 1 year. They will cut your car off. This company scuks hope I can refinance my car somewhere else

I bought a 2019 ****** Corolla in 2020, on 12/04 I had a baby. On 11/25 I was rushed to to the hospital by ambulance and missed my payment. Due to being in the hospital on 12/5 a neighbor dropped my car off at the hospital for me to drive home once released from the hospital. I called into the office on 12/7 to discuss having my car turned back on so I can get home.
