Horrible customer service representatives. They do not care about their customers just getting their money. Ive had my car a exact year and already at 6mo the transmission, alternator, heater hose, battery, and a/c needed repairs. Majority I had to cover out of pocket because I desperately needed to get to work, They will lock your car at any moment demanding money regardless if the car is in the shop. They overcharge for these lemon cars and now Im stuck in a very bad equity loan. My car constantly breaks down, I can barely... read more

I have had the worst experience with this company. We bought a car and have been making payments have the proof and they keep showing on the account as past due. I have reached out to them multiple times and cant get know one to return a call. This place has the worst costumer service and Im about to look into get ****** reach out to them.

We purchased a car from them on may 26th 2022, the very same day as we were driving home the check engine light came on. While in the dealership I asked for the car fax and I noticed there was no mention of the transmission being serviced, so I told the sales person this and she said, oh they don't always put everything that's done to the car on there. Really? So I called them immediately and the very next day we took it to the mechanic. The transmission is bad!!! Thank God we have the warranty. The car has been in the shop ... read more

I bought a car from Us Auto in ********** ** on June 20, 2022 and car broke down on June 28, 2022. I got it towed to shop and it will be 3 weeks before they can look at in the mean time I have no car no loaner no rental because per us auto its out of there hands and I have to deal with warrant company and *************** telling me its out of their hands to help me get rental until claim is approved. I purchased a 2013 **** escape and bought the extended warranty along that US auto sale offered me in August 2021 and in July 2022 the timing belt broke and destroyed the motor and I was well within my warranty limits and had all the regular maintenance done to it and they denied my claim and do not want to help me fix it want me to pay money to help them fix it when my warranty states that they will fix the problem now theyre refusing the claim after talking to the home office and the insurance company that US auto sales re... read more

Beware of this company. I have never dealt with such ignorance in my life. If I could give them a negative review I would. There are several car dealerships in the ATL metropolitan, but the sales people here act as if they are doing you a favor to sell you a over priced car with high mileage.Also, there staff gets flustered very easily. They transfer you around and they are an overall headache to deal with. It appears they are just hiring anybody. I purchased a 2013 ******* Sants Fe from US Auto Sales in ********** ** location in Sept. 2021. The first day i got the car it was issues and the guy that was there managing tried to deny it but the salesman told him it was. Finally they send me to get it fixed. I purchased a vehicle from Us Auto Sales back in march, the moment I left the shop I was at the mechanic shop with multiple mechanical issues. I reached out to us auto sales corporate center which they offer to exchange the vehicle I accepted the offer, a few days after having the vehicle I had to bring it to the mechanic for mechanical issues that needed to be fixed which was life threatening due to the steering wheel issue.
