THEY SELL OVER PRICED ***S AND THE SECOND WEEK I HAD THE *** I HAD TO REPLACE THE BATTERY AND A FUSE ON THE HYBRID BATTERY IT WAS $800.00 I DIDNT HAVE AND IT SEEMS TO BE ON A WEEKLY OR EVERY OTHER DAY BASIS I HAVE TO CALL THEM BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY DONT DO IT BUT THE *** GETS DISARMMED FROM DRIVIING IT. I have never been late on my car note I just recently started a new job and I call week in advance to get my payment change. They going to tell me to call back the week of, I just called back the week of and was told that I can't make any chances on my account because it will be past due in 3 days and they need 7 days. I had my car for a month when is broke down on me wasnt offer any type of help no solution the only thing I could do was give the car back because I couldnt afford to keep paying a car note & trying to get it fix took them forever to actually come get the car and now Im being harassed because that salesman didnt care nothing about my situation just wanted to make a sale

Trash!!! They sold me a lemon, then hurried to put ****s on my credit report, bought a car two months ago, car has been in shop a month , three weeks, no one from us auto has called me trying to fix the situation, or put me in a different car, nor do they return my calls

Bought a 2013 ***** Equinox in March, I put **** down, payments was 469 and not even a full 2 months go by before having trouble. I took it to the dealership they said take it here it sat for a few days without any work, went back to the dealership they said take it to a ***** auto shop, I did and now it's been sitting there for the past 3 months without getting worked on. They have the rudest customer service and they are not helpful at all. I wish I would have read the reviews about them. I recommend no one even at your worse, because I was there to get a car with them. Take public transportation before having to deal with them.

I brought a car from the before with great service so I decided too go back and get another car due too medical issues within 2 weeks car gave problems I called them after I saw a mechanic and let them know what was wrong they told me the parts where covered and take it too any mechanic and have them call too get approval too fix car mind you I was within my 30 day dealer warranty so I know they recorded the conversation so mechanic called them and one min it was approved than the next it wasnt cause they said the 30 warrant... read more

I have had my jeep for 34 days. This is the second time its been in the shop. US Auto sales is basically telling me I have to pay for over $1400.00 in repairs. And I havent made my first car payment yet. This is ridiculous.

Deeply regret ever purchasing a vehicle from this company. Can never get through the phone lines to talk to someone. My vehicle has been sitting and not working for almost a month now and I don't know what to do.
