I have been trying to get help for days locating a payoff check. I keep getting told they will talk to the back end and call me back which of course never happens. All I am trying to do is pay off my car. They are only trying to charge me more interest by holding the check last my payment date. No longer trust this company such a rip off.

Let's talk about predatory interest rates and usury laws. Check your contracts. I ended up paying 30k for a 15k car. Also they put on my credit report that it was charged off as a loss. Which means they get credit from the IRS as a loss. So that means they doubled dipped. They wrote it off as a loss but took my money as I paid the car off in FULL! They never fixed the status, and wrote me a email saying that it's reporting "correctly". NO ITS NOT! I just want the whole thing off my report at this point.

I purchased 2 vehicles Dodge Avengers and Chrysler 200 convertible from USauto sales. I accepted all of the warranties they offered me. Well, my dodge broke on me while I was 2 hrs away from home (engine blew). I tried calling and getting help/info about what to do next but the place just kept redirecting me to other people. They sold me a vehicle the transmission went out in 4 months then put me in a warranty swap car we're the computer went out in a year the car is a 2019 n isn't drivable now also they sent wrong mileage to the warranty team that is well over what my mileage is and refuses to fix n reimburse me for towing and everything but still wants payments

I have currently been paying $440 per month as a Disabled Veteran who is paid once per month. I purchased my car in Nov 2020. Here it is 9/28/21 and I have been without an operating vehicle for 3 weeks. Payments made and still no movement. I have contacted the company for weeks since 9/13/2021 and still no resolution to this matter. Every person has a different answer to whom I need to talk too and what needs to be done. U.S Auto Sales put a charge off on my credit after the Alternator gave out while was on the highway I gave it back because they refused to fix it.
