I'd give zero stars if possible! So many issues with this company. First, the interest on the car was almost as much as the car itself but with no other option, we were forced to go ahead with it. Second, we paid extra for an extended warranty but when the car broke down, they refused to honor that warranty and wouldn't even update us on anything, so in the end both my husband and I lost our jobs and that started a downward spiral of now being in staggering debt! I am highly upset with US Auto. My car would not crank last Friday because of a faulty wire on the passtime. I had to get it towed to a dealership then. Here we are a week later and I still don't have transportation. If you look at my records, I pay the note on the car, even through Covid, my hours being reduced drastically, and maintaining the car. Bad business!! they will take your money to sell you a lemon vehicle and you refuse to give a refund!!! RUN FAR AS U CAN FROM THESE PPL!! JOSEPH "Jody" ***** is the main person to take your money and refuse a refund when he sells you a messed up vehicle. This has been the worst experience ever with a finance company. I have had numerous issues since I got my car in 2018 including having to purchase a $400 key from Nissan because the dealership gave me faulty keys. And that was only a few months after my purchase and the company would not take responsibility. Obviously with Covid many people are hurting financially. I purchase my car 2015. The pay off date was 9/14/2020. I called a week ago to pay off my car. My balance should have been $209. The rep told I owed $1100 because of late fees and a deferment. The late is $110 the rest of balance is suppose to be interest from a deferment from 2016. I never did a deferment and they have no record of one. They have allocated my payments incorrectly numerous times! They are stealing! They are telling me now that I am behind $304 on CPI payments and they were very rude as well. I send in my banking statement to prove that they are wrong and NOTHING has been done. I'm all my years I have never seen a dealership that doesn't have options for car payment. I have not missed a payment but as soon as I come up short there is a problem. So I made a partial payment and they told me that my vehicle will be disabled bc I don't have 23.00 to pay and when I do get it it will shut off in 5 days if I don't have the rest. I got into a car accident a few months ago and my insurance paid partial of the vehicle. US Auto Sales stated they will pay the rest using gap insurance and it hasn't gotten paid. It's been 5 months and my credit is going down more and more each day. I've called so many representatives and NOBODY has helped me. It's ridiculous knowing the fact that I have never missed one payment and this is how a great customer gets treated!

i purchased a vehicle 5 days ago, yesterday going down the hwy I experienced some shaking at speed of 85 mph. I called the Snellville location, and explained what happened. I was told by Ms Laverne that that is not their concern, call warranty dept. Well today I get a call from Chris mgr. saying how is the car?
