Tonya in the service department is always so hopefully and knowledgable. If something is wrong with my car she is to the point and always tells me the truth. My next car I purchase will be from here since Tonya is always helpful with any situation I have. Great service. Will recommend to everyone.
We received great service from Lance Clark in sales and Tom Brugnoli the sales manager. They stayed late allowing us to finish the paper work on our new 4runner. At no point did they make us feel rushed, even after closing in a Friday night. The remodeled dealership is very clean and welcoming!
DO NOT buy from this dealership. They do not honor the warranty. After reading many of the other review, it appears several people have had the same experience I had with the level of courtesy/customer service in the service department.
Took my sequoia to a Jiffy Lube drive thru to have oil changed.. After they changed oil tried to remove oil filter and could not get it off, so I took it to university Toyota and they squeezed me in and changed my filter and topped off oil for $13.. I was expecting at least $40 bill but they took care of me
This was the third vehicle I have purchased from University Toyota and it was by far the best experience yet! Ryan did an awesome job helping make sure it was the vehicle I wanted and Brian made sure I knew everything about it before I drove off the lot!! Great guys and excellent service, plus some good laughs along the way!
I bought a 2009 Jeep Wrangler 2weeks ago. I signed papers and sent a certified check via FedEx. I was told my jeep would be delivered 6-10 days. It is currently 13 days and now I am being told 5 more days. I just want my money back at this point and will shop somewhere else.
Don't buy here, because as soon as they get your money they forget about you, and won't do as promised, salesman won't even return calls
I just purchased my new Camry from University Motors. I was treated as a very valued customer. Derek Hall was ready and had all the info and numbers ready when I arrived. The deal was closed within 30 minutes. They made me feel happy about my new purchase. This is the Best experience I have ever had with a dealership.
