Nothing but problems with our 2013 Chevy Equinox that was certified pre-owned. In for service 3 times in first few months after purchase. Exhaust issue that mysteriously vanished after we took it in, then two trips for them fix a wheel speed sensor (that I diagnosed). Vehicle is now in the shop at Premier for second time leaking transmission fluid. Vehicle history shows trans seals also replaced before we purchased it!! Today was my first service on my 2017 Toyota. I was totally impressed. I couldn't have been treated any nicer. Service was finished when promised and they went over everything without rushing me. When I purchased the car the salesman spent almost the whole afternoon showing me what was available, options, and going over everything.
