Worst customer service ever! When they tell you it'll only be 15 mins expect to wait at least 2 hours! Happened to us pretty much every time we've gone. All we needed was a new key cut and programmed (which literally takes 5 mins. I know because that's how long it took when we brought it back the next day). Next time we've decided to drive to Dan Cavas Toyota in fairmont because their customer service is so much better and it'll be faster even with driving the extra half hour.
Some of the staff here are friendly while others are very apathetic. The customer service manager Kerri seems to be competent and very sociable. My interactions with her have always been pleasant. The woman who is in charge of rentals is also very kind and informative. The lady who works in the parts department always seems frustrated when I talk to her, the body shop seems to be excruciatingly lazy and the mechanics are negligent and slow.
We bought a rav 4 about 2 months ago haven't gotten a registration or title we have made several phone calls not one call back will never recommend them
Big shout out to Lance, Ty, Ben and Steve for helping with everything yesterday with the 4runner pro !!! Awesome job !!!
Zane is a great salesman. I would recommend him for any and all truck sales!
