Y’all have some rude people working there. There’s a guy named John there who needs to change his attitude and come up with some better customer service etiquette because he was unreasonable on why he was charging so much for things. Y’all need to check John because i don’t think he is mentally in check with his life.
I had a breakdown under warranty. They tried to feed me a line if shit about we don't know why it happened. The service writer shrugged his shoulders when I asked what is going to prevent this same issue from happening again. They scratched and ruined my dash when they took it apart and was going to leave it that way had I not pointed it out. Very disappointed. Tacoma 21000 miles and they don't know why it broke down. Will not come back for sales or service.

Just bought a Toyota Highlander from University Motors. Salesman, Ryan Phillips was terrific. He was knowledgeable, patient, kind and had a sense of humor. These are not always traits you find in car sales. The "paperwork" guy, JB Peluso, was refreshingly non-pressure for all those extras they try to add on. And finally, Ben sent us off with all the info we needed. These three gentlemen made shopping there very pleasant!
I highly recommend University Toyota! I have been to University Toyota twice now and have received nothing but the best service. Being a college student I was worried bringing my 10+ year old car there to be fixed but it was incredibly reasonable and again, the customer service was great! I recommend University Toyota to to anyone needing affordable, quality service!
