RecommendedI never felt pressured into anything, the sales lady was very friendly and helpful. I even had a flat (really flat) tire on the old car when I came in one day. The service department fixed it for me even though I had not committed to buying a car there yet. Considering the conditin of my car, I thought they were fair in their trade-in value.

We recently had some warranty repair work done and Service Manager Jeff and Service Coordinator Ron at University Toyota were AMAZING in their high touch service, resolve and patience! Every time I visit University Toyota, everyone is beyond nice and accommodating. Rodney helped me with this service visit and truly made it a great experience- which is rare for getting your car serviced. I also love that Corbin, the man that sold us my car, always remember me and speaks when I visit!
