Just wanted to say that the service here is amazing and fast. They talk to you about what needs done and fixed and go over pricing with you. I went for a bad battery and was out in 20 due to the hard fast workers. Ron, Kevin, and Rodney are the best guys to work with, very nice, professional, and easy to talk too.
We we interested in a used vehicle that they had. We emailed and went to the dealership to get information. We were told that it was having recall work done and we’d get a phone call as soon as it was done by not one person but two. No one ever bothered to call us back. When I called, I was told it was sold. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone! Very unprofessional!
Traded in a car a few years ago for a used Jeep Wrangler, find out the next day from the insurance company that the Jeep was wrecked. University Toyota accused me of wrecking it, I showed them the proof it was wrecked before I had bought it, then miraculously their clerk found the documentation that it was wrecked. They never offered anything to compensate for buying a wrecked vehicle. The car fax was clean for whatever reason, and I contact the BBB who was as useless as Toyota. Buyer beware !!!
