Bought a brand new truck down there a 2018 Tacoma sport. found several trucks on the lot that was scratched and dings brought my new new Toyota home and found paint chips in it and now they will not do nothing about it and I’m having to go through Toyota Corporation. We live 30 minutes away, but chose to go to University Toyota. We were not disappointed. There was no hassle, staff was super friendly and down to earth. They each have their job and know it well.
