Absolutely wonderful service and dealership! I went to have my car serviced and decided to trade it in on a new one! Sales consultant, financing, service, everyone was A+!
I went in and had already decided what I wanted and did enough research that I felt comfortable asking for the deal I wanted. It was as non painful of a car deal that you could ever get. Not only did I get the deal I asked for but they gave me more than I originally asked for. The staff was courteous and helpful. Very Attentive dealership. I would recommend shopping here to everyone.
I love my 2016 Toyota 4Runner we just purchased from Zane at University Toyota ! We will definitely be back.
Really bad service!! Call in for recall repair. They made us appt for today 11am. Said 2 hrs tops. We went back at 2pm to be told they needed another 1/2 hr. The damn cars parked outside. How the hell u working on it if its outside. Then they call 15mins later and tell us they dont have the parts. Really....u made the appt. Dont u think u would make sure u had the dam parts before u waste my whole morning. U must not see my time as important as urs. To top it off u lock my damn keys in my car. My vehicle would not start today so after we got it jumped. I called university motors and asked if I they could check the battery. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and said to bring it in no appointment needed. So I did. The woman who helped me at the desk was also very nice and had it checked for me and even had air put in my tires bc she noticed my light was on. All at no cost! Really nice service!!
