Unfortunately I'm no longer there, however they don't exactly treat the employees right ,there's a lot that goes on there that no one no's about!I liked it at first but as time went on I saw a lot of unsatisfied customers!
If you are in the market for a new Toyota, do not, I repeat, DO NOT buy from University Toyota in Morgantown, WV. Customer service ends the moment you sign the papers and leave the lot. The sales department is full of liars and the service department is the most inept group of people I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Dan Cava is only a few minutes down the road. Buy from them, NOT University Toyota.
Chris Mebane' is a GREAT salesman. He helped us with all our needs and when we didn't think we would be making a deal with University Toyota. He continued to show us the reasons why we should. He is definitely the guy we would be referring onto others... Thanks a bunch for all the help. :)
Zane Taylor is a great salesman. He knows what he's talking about when he's showing you a vehicle.
Bought my 2012 Highlander at University Motor and they made it effortless. They took care of all the paperwork and the service department is amazing. ....never a wait time and very informative. I will purchase my future Toyota cars from University Motor.
