I have had an abysmal experience dealing with the body shop this place and if you can avoid bringing your car here, I would certainly recommend you do so. It took them approximately 3 months to even acknowledge that they had the appropriate paperwork from my insurance company, after telling me that they were waiting on USAA to update the claim over and over and over.
