I came in with my husband to buy a new barbecue and washer-dryer set. We found a barbecue grill that fit my husband's standards which is REALLY hard to do. Our washer recently pooped out on us so we decided it’s time for an upgrade ourselves. Salesman helped us find the right washer-dryer combo that would help us save money on our monthly bill. So excited when they were delivered within a week and definitely happy with our purchases.
Everyone is very knowledgeable, helpful, and its reasonable; what more can you ask for with such an important purchase.
When I used to live in Studio City I've seen Universal showroom a few times, but never shopped there. Recently we bought a house in Woodland Hills and needed appliances and all kind of plumbing fixtures. I decided to give them a call to see if they carry what I was looking for. They asked to e-mail them the list of products, since I needed everything, and provided me with the quote same day. We have completely remodeled our kitchen through Universal and purchased all appliances through them as well. The kitchen installation, the appliance delivery and installation -all went smooth and according to schedule. It was truly a good experience and I recommend Universal to anyone who is looking for appliances or kitchens. Good job.
Just got off the phone with Universal. I blanked on their number, and came on here to get it, only to see all these negative reviews. I can only say that my experience has been exactly the opposite. I haven't bought appliances at Universal, except for a microwave oven, with no problem. However, I have used their repair department for over 15 years. I have never seen such great repairmen. My entire kitchen ( which I love and get compliments on) And every piece of appliance they came from Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center. We had a wonderful experience with this company and in recommend it highly. Also, a few years ago I had a problem with my coffee machine and had to deal directly with The manufacturer .
