Highly recommended - I searched all the Los Angeles appliance stores before finally buying my dishwasher at Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center. Their price was the best and they were able to deliver and install the very next day.

Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center offer best prices in area because we did our homework & shopped all around. Don't waste your time, go to Universal and they will help you choose the right products at the right price. They even deliver and install. What a breeze.

We also talked to Peter in the Plumbing department and his associate, Shawnie. They are also both very pleasant to work with, and we will be going back shortly to make our plumbing fixture selections. The fixtures tend to the higher-end, and their selection is broad - there is a LOT to see in this showroom.

Amer, our consultant was EXTREMELY good, very professional, highly consultative in his sales approach with absolutely NO high-pressure sales tactics. He asked lots of questions about OUR needs and preferred use of the appliances and then tailored his recommendations to keep within our budget (well, mostly, but not MUCH outside) but the equipment that he suggested was MUCH, MUCH nicer than what I thought we would be able to afford. THANK YOU, Amer for your assistance & a VERY pleasant buying experience.

Needed a washer and a dryer as well as delivery & installation. I was given excellent service from the helpful staff at Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center which is located close to where I work in Calabasas. The price was the best that my husband and I were able to find, and the delivery was quick and without problems. Overall very happy.

I went into Best Buy looking for a new oven/stove with my husband expecting to find great service like anyone would expect. Definitely didnt find that so my husband and I went to Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center to find what we wanted. We got quick service. Didn't have to wait and search for a sales rep like we did at Best Buy. My experience definitely wasn't as bad as everyone described below. On the contrary, it was fast and the sales rep was really helpful.
