Having dealt with Pacific Sales, Best Buy and Warehouse Discount Center, I never bought from Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center before. So, I found a Bosch 500 dishwasher I wanted and started to shop. I phoned all of the other showrooms that I bought from before (after 2 homes) and not one wanted to beat a price. Kenneth is a very knowledgeable employee. He showed us all the built in refrigerators and we selected Subzero. He showed us pros and cons of each brand. The 4 courteous men that delivered the refrigerator 3 days later did a fine job removing the old refrig. and bringing in the new making all connections needed for ice cube maker using filtered water. from our sink They were careul not to damage floors and walls. I highly recommend Kenneth and Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center.

I've been calling everywhere for a special toilet seat for my toto toilet. Pacific sales made me feel unworthy because possibly it wasn't a big enough sale for them, but Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center just took me in as a new customer and returning customer. Not only did my salesman make me feel wanted there, he made sure everything was correct and found me a toilet seat in his warehouse. For the past 20 years, I have been buying all my appliances and plumbing fixtures from Universal Appliance.
