Our refrigerator died on us and we needed a new one fast. We visited Universal Appliance and were immediately given expert service and advice by Movses. Our installation was problematic because we were replacing a built-in refrigerator, but Movses knew what refrigerators would seamlessly fit into our space and require no additional contractor work. I have been a customer of Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center for several years now. I do live in the neighborhood, so convenience is a plus. But besides, Universal being close to my house I must say, that they have a great selection of products of various brands and a very wide range of prices. Great service. I just received all of my kitchen appliances that I purchased from Edward. I wanted my appliances earlier than original scheduled date, I called Edward, he said that the schedule is full but he would confirm if possible within an hour. As promised he called and got the schedule moved. The installers just finished all the work. Very professional and clean. I am very satisfied with my purchase and all the appliances that were recommended, and I recommend everyone to go to universal for all their appliance needs.
On 2/12/15 I purchased from your store a Kitchen Aid Cooktop model KFGU766VSS. The installers have installed this cooktop in my kitchen on 2/14/15. They were very nice and professional. It was a part missing and customer service took care of this problem very nicely and quick. Thank you Igor.
