Impressed with the knowledgable staff. Have been purchasing from them anytime I have appliance needs. Very competitive pricing. Last item I purchased was lynx BBQ . I had no idea and was skeptical on the quality, but trusted Edwards opinion. I am glad I did. I will always shop here and recommend universal to all my friends

Stopped by to check out their selection last week. I've driven by this location several times and did not realize they had such a big store with a large selection of products. Their sales person, Edward, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back once I'm ready to buy kitchen appliances.

I just bought Jenn Air appliances from them and my experience was great. Movses helped us through the entire process. Movses showed us various appliances in the store and built a package which would be in our budget. I would recommend this showroom for your appliances and MOVSES was a great SALESperson.

I recently ordered an Asko fully integrated dishwasher and air conditioner from UAKC after I finally got tired of repairing my old crappy ones. I was very pleased with how quickly they were delivered (2 weeks, just like the y promised) and how friendly the salesperson I spoke to was. I can't remember his name, but he was very patient with all of my questions and explained all of the benefits and differences between my possible choices. I look forward to ordering from UAKC again in the future.

Thanks to the Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center - we now have a beautiful modern kitchen, and brand new appliances as well. They helped us design the kitchen and the lady who did it was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The installers were on time, did their job well and the results are perfect. We purchased a microwave, refrigerator, oven, hood, dishwasher and a coffee machine. All appliances were delivered on schedule and installed. I was lucky enough to attend Top Chef Michael Voltaggio's cooking demo at UAKC this past weekend and lets just say the event did not disappoint. First off, the ladies at the door were not only welcoming but rather informative. Right upon arrival we were given a $50 off coupon to use on our purchase, not a bad touch if I might add. We bought a fridge, dishwasher, wine fridge, stove range, hood, washer and dryer here for our new house. They have a great curated selection of top notch appliances that you can't beat and we will definitely come back here when we need to equip our next house.
