I had such a great experience with Universal buying my new kitchen appliances. Everyone was so friendly and they really took great care of me....even after I had to cancel my order. I was prepared for a confrontation and was pleasantly surprised! There was no problems at all.
Had absolutely excellent experience in this place. Bought a dishwasher appliance last year. Needed service for one of the parts. Was able to get it the same day. Tech was super professional and so nice to deal with. Also, got most amazing appliances from this place. All work magically. The staff is competent professional and just super pleasant to deal with. I had a wonderful experience here, the sales person who helped me was very nice and patient. This was my first time at Universal appliance, i recommend it highly.
Universal had been recommended to me by friends and my decorator. Their attention during the purchase period with suggestions and answering questions was outstanding. Edward was patient when I made changes. Their delivery people were accommodating as they were doing the installation while my contractor was finishing my remodeling. I do highly recommend them.
I bought a Washer & Dryer at Universal Appliance. Very informative, no pressure sales with good and fair pricing. I'm very happy and will certainly buy them them again.

The store selection is huge and we were able to get all we needed under one roof. The delivery arrived on time and our installation guy was Mikhael who was very courteous and got the job done quickly and neatly. We were also surprised that he was able to answer all of our questions and show us the basic operations instead of pointing to an instructions manual. My husband and I would recommend UPAKC as our experience was a pleasant one.
Had some issues with the service. The owner Igor made it right. Thank you Igor for helping us out with this issue.
