Outstanding service after the sale. I've purchased my kitchen appliances from them 2 years ago. In my hood the know on the fan broke. I called them and within 3 hours I had a be knob installed. Simply amazing!!!
Recently purchased high-end kitchen appliances from Universal Appliance. The salesperson Shahan was outstanding - he was informative about the products and honest with his dealings. He was the reason we decided to buy from Universal instead of other competitors. The installation service was equally excellent. Greg was our installer and he did a terrific job making sure every detail was addressed.
Angie in Customer Service was quick to respond and trustworthy. They repaired an appliance that was bought from another vendor and accommodated our request to have it repaired ASAP. We were very satisfied with the repairs and with their professional service!
