After I moved to LA, I looked for appliances for my new house. I found Universal on the Internet. These guys are amazing. I found everything I was looking for in their showroom. The prices were great and sales people were very helpful. And most importantly my appliances were delivered on time and installed the same day. Thanks, it was a pleasant experience

I've used a few local appliance repairman in the past, but recently needed to have my fridge repair. I called to few companies and got estimates with very wide range: from $250 to $350. One company even told me to replace it. After all, I called this company, spoke to live representative, not answering service, tech was at my house within 2 hours, and the entire repair cost me only $165. The best service ever!

I recently purchased LG washer and dryer from Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center. Their showroom and the quality of service impressed me. At the time of my purchase I dealt with two different sales people and let me tell you, they are the best there is. I was provided with full attention and importance to my purchase. I went to 3 other stores and couldnt find a place that would deliver my fridge within 4 days! So annoying. Finally drove all the way to Studio City to check it out. THANK GOD! I am so thankful they sent it in 3 days. Totally worth the drive. Great service. Fast delivery. Quick decision because of the helpful sales rep. Sorry to all those that gave bad reviews but I happened to have an easy and quick experience. I, personally, recommend Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center.

I picked a New Bosch dishwasher from Universal's extensive offerings. When the order arrived, they kept their installation appointment time and had it installed in just an hour. My new dishwasher is like magic! Thank you!

My washing machine went out recently and I had to get it fixed. I wasn't sure who to call, so I looked and found Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center. When I called their office, they answered and were extremely helpful in assisting me. I was going to have trouble meeting them during a two hour window. They were kind enough to call me when they were coming by, so I could clock out for lunch and meet the technician. I've been purchasing from Universal for the last 10 years. They are always doing a very good job. Their sales guys and installers just great. I also used their service a few times and I can only say best words about them. I wish we will have more businesses like them.

I do not usually purchase items online, but I shopped around locally and could not find a better price. I purchased my appliance with ease and confidence from Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center. I liked Universal store. Sales person was very professional, he new the product line and my order was processed quickly. Universal's price was one of the cheapest that I could find. They delivered my appliances yesterday on time and the installation crew was great. I am very happy and satisfied with Universal.
