Great service. I ordered a dishwasher from Long who was a very helpful and patient salesperson. The day it arrived, the installer Alex worked hard to remove our old dishwasher (it wasn't easy) and install the new one so that it was exactly level. We were very pleased all around.

Amir is one of the best sales associates we have worked with during our entire remodel project. Super knowledgeable, very very patient, willing to modify our order after the fact and help us to choose the right appliances. He honored a discount after the fact which was generous. His partner Moses was also extremely helpful with one particular issue we had. I'm now a loyal customer for life. I didn't buy my appliances from Universal when I first remodeled my kitchen 5 years ago. Recently, the fridge I did buy during the remodel starting having a tubing sealing issue and the freon leaked out. It would not cool. The repairman (not from Universal) who came out told me it was no longer under warranty (4 years) and that he would recommend replacing the unit rather than fixing it. I love this store. I have bought all my kitchen appliances from them about two years ago. Movses has been my sales person and he has given the utmost personalized attention to us as possible. They stand behind their products. I have referred a few of my friends to them. Their prices are reasonable and they carry great products. Customer service is very important to me. They are accommodating with deliveries and if there is any problem with any product, they have a professional team for trouble shooting.

Beyond grateful and amazed by how quick and easy our purchase process was here!
