Universal is the BEST! Dennis, my salesman was sensational getting me through the purchases of a refrigerator, range, washer/dryer and microwave to match everything! I sent him photos as my kitchen remodel progressed and he took the time to call and tell me that my "cut corner" contractors put the gas line in the wrong place for the range. Saved me a major headache that I wouldn't have known about. Purchase was easy and the delivery and installation was perfect! Universal aims to please! THANK YOU, UNIVERSAL!
Amer was terrific. Not only did he give me the best price on all my appliances but he also found every available rebate. Importantly, he held the appliances at no charge for approximately 4 months as I was doing construction and they were not ready to install at time of purchase. Finally, the installation team lead by Alex was exceptional. It took him 4 1/2 hours to install everything but they are perfectionists and everything came out great. Thank you.
I really liked my experience here. I came in with a few specific dishwasher models in mind and right off the bat, the salesman, Amer, knew them and gave us some background on how well they hold up. He showed us some similar floor models and also helped us shop around to explore other options. We ended up finding the exact right appliance for us at a great price. It was delivered and installed within days and now a month later we only wish we would've bought it sooner. Great experience at this local business.
I am a long time customer of Universal Appliance . I very happy with this place and have been for a long time given their excellent service . Specifically, Michael at the plumbing department, has been nothing but helpful , pleasant and always eager to help. Highly recommend this place!
I highly recommend Universal Appliance. My salesperson Amer was very fantastic he gave me the best price and I was able to communicate with him through text message. I was able to buy the oven and have it installed the very same day because we had a party coming up. It was very helpful in arranging the installation the very same day. The installers world's a very professional and did a fantastic job.
We have been dealing with Universal for many years and more recently, again, had another encounter with them. Specifically, Mike at the plumbing department was nothing but great help and a pleasure to deal with. Mike was very on top of things and did what he said he would in a timely fashion to get the job done.
Excellent prices & excellent service. My washer broke and I desperately needed to replace my laundry set. After shopping around with some of the big box stores like Best Buy & Home Depot, I stumbled upon Universal Appliances. He went beyond his duty as sales person and personally delivered Sub Zero refrigerator that was on the back order. His professionalism and knowledge of his trade stands out among many people. I recently purchased a Broan Alure III range hood in stainless steel finish from Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center. I was very pleased with their overall service. After I ordered the product online, the store sent me a confirmation e-mail with the price charged to my credit card. When the item shipped I received another e-mail confirming the shipping and providing a tracking number.
