The web site was very easy to navigate through, sort by price levels, brands, colors, plus the variety of brands and models was incomparable. When I decided to buy all new top of the line appliances for my kitchen, I really shopped around. I came back to Universal Appliances in Studio City because of the exemplary service I received from Movses. He was so knowledgable and honest, and actually beat the price of their competitor. . A rare find in the industry. Almost two years after purchasing my appliances, I needed service, and Movses was right on top of it, making all of the arrangements for the service tech. We went to the Universal Appliance store in Studio City. Costa was our salesman and he was very efficient, helpful and gave us very good and objective advice about what to buy. We ended up purchasing a Viking stovetop and a Zephyr Hood. Costa took us through the details of our installation and arranged delivery and installation for us. We comparison shopped a lot and Universal's price was as low as we saw anywhere. I have come into Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center countless times in the past as I am a contractor. I specialize in helping other customers build they're homes. I don't even think about going to home depot or anything. My clients deserve the best line of products and guess what? Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center carries all that. Very happy with Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center! We did our homework on high end appliances as well as all of the competitors of theirs...i.e: Pacific Sales, Warehouse Discount, etc. And in the end no one could compete with Universal....not just on price, but on customer service and attention to detail.
