Our contractor pointed us to Universal when we re-did our kitchen in 2013. Our experience with them was great - Edward went through all of the options for our budget, really spending some time with us. We got a great package deal. I like shopping locally when I can, and buying large objects like washers and dryers seems like a good time to do just that. I like Universal, they're knowledgeable, friendly, polite, all that. And the prices are good, at least they compare to the best prices I could find on the Internet. Their installers were friendly, careful, quick and did the job right.
Where all dream kitchens and luxury bathrooms begin!! 5 stars for the high quality appliances and 10 stars for the friendly knowledgeable staff!
Just stopped by universal appliances was greeted by Sales person Daryl. He informed us of many options and styles to choose from. When we are ready to buy we will be back to see him.
I got great service here from friendly salespeople. I needed a new air conditioner and wasn't sure which kind to get, but the salesperson I talked to helped me figure it out and I found a great unit for a price well within my range.
We went to the one in Studio City and our salesman was very helpful. He gave us very good and objective advice about what to buy. We ended up purchasing a Viking stove top and a Zephyr hood. The salesman took us through the details of our installation and arranged delivery as well as installation for us. We comparison shopped quite a bit and their price was as low as the others that we saw elsewhere.
I just received my order of four appliances for a kitchen remodel. They were shipped to me in Ohio so I was a little concerned about this big ticket purchase shipping cross country safely. Every time I emailed my salesman Joe for an order update he responded. All four of my products were shipped and received when promised. The shipment was well packed in original boxes and cello wrapped. I also saved over one thousand dollars after rebates. I will not hesitate to order from universal again.
