I purchased all of my kitchen appliances over a year ago from Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center. The price was very good and I liked their showroom and selection. My order was delivered as promised and installers did very good job. So, I can only complement Universal's sales staff and delivery crew. About a week ago I needed service for my refrigerator, so I called Universal. Technician arrived same day and did an incredible and very professional job. I'm very pleased and definitely recommend Universal. Good job.

If you are shopping around for appliances, then Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center is the best choice. I had a great experience with ordering and delivery. The price on chosen dishwasher was unbeatable. The phone support person was very friendly. It was one of my best experience in ordering major appliances. I would highly recommend them.

So I've started looking up small businesses on Facebook and Twitter because I know a lot of them are starting to offer discounts to their social media fans, and since I just moved into a new place and need a bunch of new kitchen stuff, I thought I'd try to find some appliance places on these sites. Most of the places I searched for didn't have social media accounts, but I was pleased to find that UAKC does and they do indeed offer specials for their fans.

I recently had a problem with my clothes dryer, it was not heating. I found Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center in the Yellow Pages. I called them and they scheduled an appointment for the same day. In fact, to my big surprise, their technician arrived within scheduled time. It only took him a few minutes to diagnose the problem. The igniter was bad. Technician gave me an estimate and upon my approval repaired it very quickly. He even vacuumed the entire bottom of the dryer, because it had a lot of lint in there. Came in a few weeks ago for a new fridge. Mine gave out on me after years of use so my husband and I decided to get a brand new stainless steel fridge. We went to a few different stores before we came here. The other stores didn't have any of the ones we wanted in stock and said they weren't gonna have them available for weeks. I purchased all my kitchen appliances from Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center over a year ago. I was very satisfied with my purchase,but last week my refrigerator stopped cooling. So,i called Universal for service.They sent a nice technician the same day, he repaired my refrigerator and to my surprise didn't charge me for repair. I didn't even know,since Universal installed my Viking appliances,they gave me second year warranty at no charge. What else can you ask for?

I can honestly say that my overall experience with Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center was very pleasant. Prior to purchasing a washer and dryer for my laundry room I visited several different stores. My last stop was Universal. I came to Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center with my husband to buy a new barbecue and washer-dryer set. We found a barbecue grill that fit my husband's standards which is REALLY hard to do. Our washer recently pooped out on us so we decided its time for an upgrade ourselves. Salesman helped us find the right washer-dryer combo that would help us save money on our monthly bill. So excited when they were delivered within a week and definitely happy with our purchases.
