Just got off the phone with Universal. I blanked on their number, and came on here to get it, only to see all these negative reviews. I can only say that my experience has been exactly the opposite. I haven't bought appliances at Universal, except for a microwave oven, with no problem. However, I have used their repair department for over 15 years. I have never seen such great repairmen. I recently ordered an Asko fully integrated dishwasher and air conditioner from UAKC after I finally got tired of repairing my old crappy ones. I was very pleased with how quickly they were delivered (2 weeks, just like the y promised) and how friendly the salesperson I spoke to was. I can't remember his name, but he was very patient with all of my questions and explained all of the benefits and differences between my possible choices. I look forward to ordering from UAKC again in the future.

I got great service here from friendly salespeople. I needed a new air conditioner and wasn't sure which kind to get, but the salesperson I talked to helped me figure it out and I found a great unit for a price well within my range.

Just re-did the bathroom, I got all of my bathroom fixtures off their website at fantastic prices. When I get the nerve to finally tackle my 70's inspired kitchen I will definitely heading to their showroom

I came in last week for a consultation on remodeling my entire kitchen and got great help from the salesman. Within a few hours he helped me find exactly what would work for my space. Found the style I was looking for and best of all they had some awesome kitchen collections put together already. Just waiting for my dream kitchen to be delivered!

definitely happy with our purchases – I came in with my husband to buy a new barbecue and washer-dryer set. We found a barbecue grill that fit my husband's standards which is REALLY hard to do. Our washer recently pooped out on us so we decided it

My oven decided to stop working on me a few weeks ago... right before holiday season. Went to 3 other stores which all said it would take weeks to deliver and install my new oven. Came to UAKC, found an even better oven that matched my current kitchen, ordered it, AND received it and had it put in within a few days. Thank god I got it before thanksgiving or I probably would've had the biggest melt down. Totally worth the drive out to studio city. I was in dire need of a new sink. Mine cracked straight down the middle last week and it was just a complete mess. A friend told me about UAKC and his great experience buying his grill there so I went in immediately. After half an hour the sales guy had I narrowed down to 2 sinks. He told me the specs of both and helped me choose the best one that was also cost efficient. Got my sink 2 days after I ordered it in store. Now my bathroom looks way better almost like a mini face lift!

I recently bought a new dishwasher a few months ago. It decided to spew out water and soap randomly a few days ago. Called the original store to fix it and they said it wasn't their problem even though the warranty said they'd fix it. I was referred to UAKC and I called them asap. They sent someone the next morning to fix my dishwasher. They were extremely helpful and fixed it same day.
