I had the most amazing buying experience ever! Chris Costa was sooooo knowledgeable and an all around superb sales person. He informed us on all details, gave great advice, and tried to get us the best price on everything. I would refer ALL friends and family to Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center! My husband and I did a ton of research and hands down best prices and best experience ever.
After I moved to LA, I looked for appliances for my new house. I found Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center on the Internet. These guys are amazing. I found everything I was looking for in their showroom. The prices were great and sales people were very helpful. And most importantly my appliances were delivered on time and installed the same day.

Universal appliance is one of the best suppliers on a market, and they have the best prices I could find over the Internet. There were no problems with availability and shipping. The price they gave me for dishwasher was unbeatable, the shipping was extremely reasonable and fast (Fedex Freight services). The phone support person was very friendly. It was one of my best experience in ordering major appliances.

This company replaced my Subzero Refrigerator evaporator rapidly and at a fair price. It's now working better than it has in ten years. Good job.
The quality of work was superior; much better than any other contractor because you have a shafran construction. The materials used were of high quality. The workmen were polite,knowledgeable and always explained in detail when you have any questions. Every aspect of this project was a pleasure and the finished results are fantastic. Shafran construction scheduled many project with Bathroom remodeling.
I've been looking for high-end appliances for my new kitchen and was surprised at how difficult it is to get a good advice. I went to several different appliance stores including Big Box stores, but I was not able to find what I was looking for, often sales people didn't know much about their product lines.
