Called to ask about a few vehicles on their website and what the out-the-door price would be. The woman on the phone said the price is always the online price plus an additional $1,995 charged to clean and get the car ready to be sold, but they can "usually take that off." I said fine, send me the OTD price on a few specific vehicles based on the internet price without that fee and that I would be calling her in a few days after comparing those with others I was looking at. DO NOT under any circumstances deal with this company. They have shady and unlawful business practices with zero accountably . Rosa was my salesperson. Rosa told me the warranty I was buying and the specifics of the warranty when I was buying the car . So I brought the car and promised warranty that in words "covers everything expect the battery for three years or 36,000 more miles" for 3,000$. Price tease with Alejandra and Shelby. The posted price is nowhere close to the real price. They raised the online price by $1000 within 4 hours after initial contact. There is at least $2000 of additional dealer add-ons. Made offer at original price + full add-ons + TTL, and was rejected as $6000 under market. That's a pretty big delta.

I purchased my vehicle in January and still do NOT have my registration papers or license plate. I am on my second temp tags and they expire in 4 days without anyone from the dealership contacting me back. The reason you ask? Bait and Switch Dealer The sales manager, Benjamin Wilhite, hinted we should come early before the weekend for the rare car. I verified the price, VIN, markup, and if there were any extra fees over the phone. Everything matched, and there was no markup or dealer fees. This is my second purchase from Toyota of Dallas. In my research, they tend to have the better inventory selection. My first purchase was in 2016 and it was a decent experience. Nothing amazing and nothing bad. Fast forward to 2023 (November). Once again a decent experience. Sales team wasn’t pushy or over bearing. Negotiations were pretty simple and straightforward.
