Issue is not resolved yet Dealer was not able to diagnose the issue and the problem is still persisting. Need to visit the dealer again.

Alfredo was amazing! He has exceptional customer service skills and really took good time explaining what my car needed. He was never pushy when I declined services that I didn't feel I needed in that moment, and just had great energy! I can tell that he enjoys what he does and I can see his pardon on how he treats the people that come to see him. I usually go to the Grapevine location. I will exclusively be going to the Dallas location from now on. Great customer service matters!
