Gary Davidson has been my Service Manager since 2019. He always takes excellent care of my 2019 Tundra. He is always professional and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. Thank you Gary for being so AWESOME!!! I would also like to thank the Mechanic or Mechanics that service my truck. I very much appreciate all of their hard work and attention to detail. It was my first oil change for my new Sienna . They gave me the car without rotating the tire and filling the air. When I checked the receipt this dealership charged to Toyota $132.35 for oil change , tire rotation, top up the fluids and checking hybrid batteries . Once I raceived my car back I noticed that tire rotation was not performed and not fill the tire pressure . I noticed this issue to the Service specialist Gregory Harris and he told me technician may forgot that. They took back my car for tire rotation and filling... read more
