Toyota of Dallas did not perform my state inspection correctly, so my registration was denied by the state. When I called to get a refund for this service, they acknowledged their error and claimed I had to come to the dealership to get a refund. I had to be physically present for a refund? When I told them I am unable to come to the dealership because of my work hours, they told me there was nothing else they could do and I was basically out of luck. Tried to Work a deal out of state, agreed on rate and payment then came to find out they only sent myself and lied to lenders about my income instead of sending both me and boyfriend after I told them it needed to be both us on loan. They sent me to 9 different banks also, with lying about my income so if i try to go anywhere else using those same banks with my correct income I will not get an approval. Then told me I could use my own financing but the bank would need to cover my registration and taxes etc because it was too... read more

Went in looking for a Rav4 and was "helped" by Keith Devereaux. I had an awful experience with him. The music was loud and when he asked if it bothered me I said yes and he claimed there was nothing he could do about it. He wanted to talk about financing, how I would pay for the vehicle, and requested to run my credit before I even looked at any cars. I call before to make sure they have available the SUV I want. Peter (sales person) confirmed and made an appointment the same day. When arrived the SUV they confirmed was not available and they just wanted me to get another one. Next time just tell the truth.

Totaled my 22 Camry, I have called over a half dozen times and talked on chat 3 times and I haven't had a return phone call yet. Finance Manager's voice mail is full. What do you have to do to get someone to return your call. I need them to cancel my GAP insurance so I can finish getting my car paid off and this will never happen if they don't ever return my calls.
