It was my first oil change for my new Sienna . They gave me the car without rotating the tire and filling the air. When I checked the receipt this dealership charged to Toyota $132.35 for oil change , tire rotation, top up the fluids and checking hybrid batteries . Once I raceived my car back I noticed that tire rotation was not performed and not fill the tire pressure . Terrible customer service. Non transparent with pricing. Drove to get a discount ended up with a crappy service advisor and zero discount.

I wouldn’t have given them a star if I didn’t have to for a review. Terrible to deal with. Could not close on the house I am buying because they drug their feet on sending a check to the creditor to get the car out of my name. It took several phone calls and they still did not send the check until 12 days after the car was traded in. The only person working there that is worth their salt is Kim. She went above and beyond to try and help us, but the damage was already done. Do not use this dealership! You WILL REGRET IT!

Staff is not friendly. They are always upselling rather than helping with real issues. Car returns to me with more problems than when I dropped it off. I would never purchase a vehicle from the dealership again, nor will I bring my 4Runner back for future service. I would rather pay more money elsewhere than feel like an unvalued customer.
