Joe Delapa did a great job of taking care of my oil/filter change on my 2014 Camry. Service was completed ahead of schedule. He explained the 3% credit card fee charge, but the dealership should show the 3% charge on the web page so that customers can be prepared to make arrangements if they choose not to use a credit card.

I had a great experience servicing my car at Toyota Of Dallas, Forest lane. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring my car was ready on time. The service team explained everything clearly and answered my questions. Overall, very satisfied with the quality and professionalism!

Gary Davidson is the reason I go to Toyota of Dallas. He completely makes me at ease every time. He makes it so simple to keep my car in top condition since I bought the car. I know I have an honest quote handled by the finest mechanics on every visit. And at a fair price. I highly recommend them to everyone.

The personnel are a five rating the dealership a 3 rating. The cars are to expensive and now they want to charge 3% for using a credit card. Inexcusable greed.

Pathetic service ! 3% charge added for using credit card. And service manager did not try to resolve the issue. Talked to him about and he doesn't care. Customer should be notified before the work was done. There is no sign of this practice in the service area. Most business if they charge fees on credit card they post a a sign on this matter. Also the service advisor was trying to sell their credit card with no service charge . Deceptive business practice and trying to cheat customers!
