Worst customer service! I have never come across someone as rude as their sales manager. Buyer Beware!!!!!

Definitely the worst car buying experience I’ve had. This place has terrible customer service and communication skills.

We had an amazing experience! We couldn’t have asked for better customer service. The whole process was smooth, from looking at the cars to the financial side of it. Carlos Lopez and his team went above and beyond!!

The worst customer service ever. The team are very rude. They can’t keep their promise on the prices. This dealership scams the customers. They offer a price to get customers to the dealership and they will not honor the price. They took my car keys and kept for 3 hours and didn’t let me leave the dealership. The sales service is not at all streamlined. Mr. Jose is suppose to take care of the sale, one of the representative took my details and my car keys, took me for a test drive and kept me waiting for almost an hour. Afte... read more

Bought a car there 21/2 years ago referred my daughter there 1 1/2 year ago, still haven’t got my referral after many calls and emails. When it’s time to trade mine in, definitely won’t be back.
