I didn’t have an appointment it I was taken care of in a matter of minutes. It was a simple oil change and tire rotation but I wasn’t upsold or hassled. It was a great experience.

Toyota of Dallas at Forest & Grissom Nice place & Jacob was polite, respectful and kind but the tech forgot to give me free wipers that they promised - otherwise Satisfied

I Gary Coleman have been buying new and used cars,motorcycles,boats for 62 years and have never been upset and frustrated with any Dealer in my life.The dealer gave false information and promises that I would only expect from a second hand dealer. The Tacoma truck I just bought my granddaughter almost 2 weeks ago did not have certain parts on it or some things that should have been done taken care of or done right were never done Could never get in touch with the sales person or the manager Left my phone number 469-900-9000 ... read more

Initially I had an appointment with Greg but he wasn’t available, so I ended up getting Doug instead and he was excellent. If Greg is unavailable next time, I’ll definitely will be requesting Doug.
