Employees need improvement in communication, professionalism, and decorum. They come across unfriendly and unkempt. It’s challenging to appreciate the mechanical service when you’re not sure if it’s matched with the lack of courtesy experienced just getting your car keys to scheduled advisor - no name plates seen from the outward bay.

Overall, the experience at the beginning should make the customer feel comfortable and confident that their car is in the best hands. That what you see or what is very observable pales in comparison to the service that is being provided behind the scenes. I got my vehicle back with needing to put my seat all the way back up from a large person with the AC on blast. Disappointing.
My advisor Greg was a great friendly person with enough knowledge. They did a multipoint inspection which was not very authentic. My horn connection was detached but on the report they wrote it's working.
Toyota of Dallas is conveniently located close to my home, they provide friendly and reliable service.

Device was great service attendant very attentive and accurate. All around a great service visit.
Had oil change done. Was in & out in approx 1hr. Got my inspection report which tells me about recommended services. Waiting area was pretty clean. I don’t have any complaints. Service advisor Greg was friendly & professional. He was helpful in updating/correcting my record. My record has been wrong for many years and he finally corrected it. Other past service advisors said they would take care of it, but never did. Greg was the one who took care of it, so thank you Greg!
