Toyota of Dallas is the only place I take my Toyota 4Runner! Their customer service is on point. My service advisor Jacob is knowledgeable and friendly. He goes the extra mile to make sure I understand what needs to be done to my vehicle. Even how I should prioritize recommended maintenance on my vehicle. To help ensure I can enjoy many more miles in my vehicle.

The Toyota Dallas is a wonderful place to have your vehicle checked. Despite not leaving in the neighborhood anymore I still do the long drive to ensure I get the best service my car deserves

Overall it was great. Zahid specially was professional. However I felt cost wise there is a scope to make it more competitive which will feel rewarding for Toyota customers
