Courteous, professional staff with a friendly atmosphere makes for a pleasant experience.. The experience is always somewhat stressful but made manageable by the relaxed atmosphere of those involved in the process.

AVOID this dealership! ! They sold me a DAMAGED VEHICLE with an OPEN RECALL!!! The tire pressure sensor went on 2 days after I received my car. The first time I took it in, they told me the sensor was defective. A week later, the sensor came on again. This time I learn the wheel was damaged and that is why the tire was leaking air! It just cost me $760 to REPLACE the wheel and another $250 to replace the fender liner!! This explains why the car came with mismatched tires!! I went to Toyota of Dallas to look for a Tacoma for myself. I ended up purchasing one but the sales person there told me they would deliver me my vehicle the next day because they needed to detail clean the truck. I thought that was nice of them to do that. When I got into the truck and started driving I noticed the blind monitoring system wasn'tworking. Nor was the backup monitoring system.
