I took my Escape to Tom Wood for turbocharger problems. This was by far the best service experience I’ve ever had at a dealer. The service rep was extremely kind and informative. There was absolutely no pressure. He called me to keep me informed of progress along the way. Highly recommend service at this dealer!

This dealership and the management involved have unscrupulous business practices plotted against me to not pay me on five car deals that I sold for them and even when there was video proof at their dealership believe the customer over what I was telling them they encouraged me to tell customers to return their cars to the previous dealership so that they can sell them a new one voluntary surrender them they did not pay me for 5 car deals and I would not dare buy a car from this group you will rip be ripped off overcharged an... read more
