I � my cars, and I've bought quite a few in my lifetime, but no purchase was as easy as this one. Since I do my homework before I go in, all I truly need from a dealership is a nice, and honest salesman. I definitely got that at Tom Wood. I worked with Ty Johnson and had a fantastic experience. He talked to my mother and I like a person, not a salesman, and was happy to show us any cars we were interested in. Gave a tour of the whole facility. By far the best experience I have had while car shopping, would highly recommend!
I enjoy the representative who attended to me. He was professional, knowledgeable and made me comfortable. His customer service has made me think twice to have a second experience when next I'm willing to buy another car and of course tell friends about such beautiful experience.
While traveling out of town for our sons baseball tournement, we had some trouble on the highway. By the time we got to the ballfield, the splash guard under the car was almost completely torn off. (Due to Walmart's mess up) The dealership was closer than a Walmart service center, so we decided to go there and see if there was something they could do for us. I just purchased a car from Tom Wood Ford last week, and I absolutely LOVE it! Greg Moore, the sales consultant, found every feature I wanted plus more and treated me with the utmost respect. He even showed me how to use the features that were new to me. I will definitely buy my next car from him.
