Bought four vehicles from Michael Baldwin, went back for a fifth but the financial manager and used car manager tried to under vale us and our trade in, even though we printed up appraisals and the vehicle we were looking for on line. On-line appraisal certificate was $18,000 to $21,000 on our 2012 F150, used car manager tried to BS a say the 4-wheel drive didn't work.
